  • Usage data: Maximum 26 months
  • Invoice data: 7 years (legal requirement)

9. Content Moderation

To ensure a safe platform and prevent inappropriate content from being generated or published, Penr.ai uses automated content moderation.

What is moderated?

  • Keywords and search terms you enter for content generation
  • Generated texts and articles
  • Prompts and images for AI image generation
  • Imported content

How does moderation work?

Content is automatically analyzed by AI systems to check for prohibited material such as sexually explicit, violent, hateful, or otherwise harmful content. This analysis takes place before content is saved or published.

What happens with violations?
